"This counseling office needs to be shut down. The front desk set me up as a guarantor for someone else who I am NOT liable for. Sent me the bill. Won't answer the phone to change it. Then, randomly, my bank account got charged $150 twice to cover the cost the patient owed. We don't have the same bank account. Once again, they won't answer the phone. This office is shady."
