"I saw Barbara Lether for just a couple weeks and unfortunately had to stop because we hit the new year and could no longer afford going. But those few weeks with Barbara were AMAZING. Barbara opened my eyes to so many different things and, in a way, helped me become my own therapist. I started seeing and realizing things in my life that I hadn’t seen before and was able to make a positive change to how I thought and acted. I am so grateful for everything Barbara did for me. She was so welcoming and positive and rather than going the roundabout way into my feelings, we jumped right in the first day. 100% recommend seeing Barbara Lether."
"I have been very nervous about going to counseling. My children have had poor experiences with therapists and I was very uncomfortable with going. I started at another place and was not overly impressed with my first therapist but had come to understand that I needed therapy. Marlayna Shilling has been just what I needed. I am grateful to her. This will not be a fast or easy journey but for the first time I believe there is hope for healing and becoming a whole person."
"The admin staff are amazing at their job and patient placement. I am very grateful for the help my son is receiving from his therapist! Thank you for listening to my concerns and finding the right fit for our family."
"Great place with a good variety of therapists. Some may be a better for you then others, and the admin staff will do what they can to help you find the right fit."
"I came to Aspire to seek a diagnosis for PTSD to provide medical evidence to the VA for a disability claim. I was upfront and direct when I told the receptionist, and my counselor during my first session what my intentions were. Under the guidance of the counselor, I agreed to 3 sessions (which I paid out of pocket for) which he said was necessary to make an accurate diagnosis. I provided the necessary documentation for him to fill out. On our 3rd session I reminded him of the situation and I was told I could get the paperwork back with a week and to touch base with him. We'll, now it's been over a month with several phone calls, texts, and emails asking for an update and I have had 1 response. Everything else is silence. I have to say I've never felt like someone else's paycheck in my whole life. These are the people you are hiring to help people with mental disorders? I understand a busy workload, but its been a month. All rapport and trust is gone and I won't be returning to seek further counseling here. Hopefully the VA will reimburse me once I see another therapist."
