"My children's mother secretly took my son here, unbeknownst to me and got a diagnosis from Brian Chandler. She did so against court orders. When I tried to receive the official diagnosis both Brian and therapy Utah both denied me access to my child's official record, even when I provided my court order stipulating that I have full access to medical records. They never got both parents perspective and tried getting me to sign a document that I knew my son was being treated. Obviously, I didn't fall for their tactics. When I called DOPL to try and get relief they informed me that I was one of many complaints. All I am asking for is to get my childs full record and to have my perspective reflected on my son's diagnosis. The owner called after I left this review and I was hopeful when he said things like "I understand your frustration" and "I would have left a 1 star review as well". He told me he'd get back with me and resolve my issues. Well going on a couple months later and no follow up. I was hoping that they'd have enough courtesy and professionalism to get both parents perspectives but, they are clearly not in the mental health business, they are more in the big dollar business. Their response says it all. They"care greatly about children and adults". If that's the case I'm calling you out, do what's right and give me the full record and equal weight of both parents statements and not just the parent who secretly got a "diagnosis" based solely off of her anecdotal evidence."
