"I have had ongoing issues with this office. I stopped attending months ago because of the inconvenience the front desk and billing were causing me. Parker works at the front desk and would cancel my appointments same day. I would drive 20 minutes just to show up and have no appointment that day, trying to tell me that I cancelled. I rarely EVER canceled my appointments but if I ever needed to I ALWAYS gave them multiple days notice. Due to Parker cancelling, rescheduling and messing up my appointments (that were on a repeating schedule same exact day and time every week) I have been charged $100 cancellation fees for THEIR mess up. This company is dishonest and robs you of your money. Parker will mess up your schedule. She also got my sister and I mixed up (we always stated our names when in office and over the phone) so bad our therapist had to talk to her. The billing department has been ignoring me for some time now, as I’ve been requesting a full break down of why I owe how much I owe as I know it’s not correct after insurance. I am EXTREMELY upset as they started charging my card without notice instead of calling me back. In my last online statement they are threatening collections, when there has been absolutely no other communication on their end. Please find a therapist elsewhere so you don’t have to deal with all of this added stress when you’re seeking mental help. EDITED: They have continued to charge my card with no communication of these charges or why, as well as no receipt. I have been on maternity leave as I just had my baby and I haven’t been to this therapy office in months now. I had no idea I had a past due balance because again, there was absolutely no communication and nobody told me."
"Absolutely lifechanging experience. My therapist as well as the neuro feedback program has changed my life for the better."
"They billed incorrectly multiple times, costing us hundreds in co-pays when there should have been none according to our insurance plan. Then, they are non-responsive. They talk a good talk but then ghost you. Their “billing dep’t” hides and doesn’t call / email back. Their behavior is dishonest and borders on predatory… when you’re already down and in pain, seeking help. It’s reprehensible and they should be ashamed. We are in process of escalating this with outside help. I know it can be hard to find help but please, consider help elsewhere. Additionally, we found the level of care (in terms of expertise) varies considerably, having had multiple therapists here. So keep in mind this is an additional risk."
"I came here a few months back to see a therapist about some trauma I was dealing with. I attended 3 appointments with the therapist. Let me tell you about each appointment. Appointment one, we talked about her and her drug use in highschool. We talked about how she didn't have to do the work because she tested out all the time. When we spoke of me, she had nothing to say. Appointment two was similar to the last one, except this time she was on her computer a whole lot. I would say things, and it took her a minute to respond. When she did respond, it was very hard to take herself away from whatever she was doing on the computer. I had to repeat myself a lot because of how much she wasn't paying attention. Appointment three. She was on her computer the entire time. When I would say something, I would allow the room to fall into silence and it still took her about a minute for her to peel her eyes away from her laptop and either nod or say "sorry, what?" or whatever vague response she could regurgitate at me. I decided to test her by saying something extremely nonsensical, and when the room fell to silence she vaguely responded as if I was still talking about my trauma. I couldn't believe it. Also, I could see what she was doing in the reflection of her glasses. If you're gonna mess around on your computer and ignore someone, at least take off your glasses! I can see what you're doing!"
"I attended a training session presented by Melanie Squire and I was blown away! Having been to a EAP therapist prior and not feeling as though the therapist understood me, I was quite skeptical. Within the first 5 mins of her training I knew she and her team were the correctly trained professionals that this industry needed! She restored faith in therapists for me and taught me it's ok to look harder for treatment that suits me. Is it odd I'm looking forward to therapy? Who cares...I am and her training made the difference. Thank you!"
