"I was in within 5 minutes upon my arrival. The nurse (Kat) was friendly and efficient. Saw the doctor (Schaelling) 5 minutes later who was knowledgeable and personable and answered all my questions without rushing."

"Well, this is weird being asked to review this. My last review of town of clinic was awesome. This time, I felt like I left empty-handed. I've had a bad cough now for nearly 2 weeks, in between that, and needing an existing prescription refilled, I left empty handed. The doctor I saw was not my regular doctor and didn't seem interested in doing anything about the few issues that I brought up. You're probably better off sticking with a primary care physician rather than trying to get in on the next available appointment. I have used the urgent care option, and that was awesome."

"Doctor, nurses and assistants were nice. They gave me the option of an x-ray and fully explained to me beforehand what they could expect to find. As soon as the doctor reviewed the x-ray he showed me on the computer in his office what he sees. Nothing was lacking. Everything went smoothly and quickly. I don't know what else I should expect."

"When I went in everything was good, the receptionists were very nice. And making the appointment was fairly simple. The nurse that took my to my room was also very kind and asked lots of questions, same with the medical student that was there. The doctor though…. The doctor I visited was pretty awful. For one he was running very behind, I was waiting for about 45 minutes just to get into the office, then it took the doctor about another 40-50 minutes before I talked to him. We spoke for about 10-15 minutes and the entire time he was talking extremely quickly and it seemed like he was just trying to push me out to get to the next patient. The nurse, and the student both asked a lot of questions to learn more about the situation. The doctor however did not, he asked why I was there and I told him my symptoms then Dr.Grahm told me to go take an online quiz that costs 200$……. I have been going to tanner clinic for as long as I can remember, after this I will either be looking for somewhere else to go. Once again I will relay, the staff was great and nice to work with. It was solely the doctor I have issues with. Seems like he didn’t care and was just pushing me through to get to the next person."

"Dr. Ryan Evans is an amazing pediatrician. He has been the pediatrician for our children for the past 5 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. He genuinely cares about his patients and is amazing with children. My daughter had to get her Jr. High immunizations and was so nervous but she said because Dr. Evans was so nice and funny she wasn’t nervous anymore. Other medical providers could learn a lot from Dr. Evans on customer service and working with people."
