"We took our son 9yo to see Dr Clark at Creekside clinic. Worst experience ever! My son was 14 hours post appendix surgery. He was getting checked for strep, while there the Dr checked his incision because there was some bleeding. He obviously left the steri-strips in place, everything checked out and he sent his medical assistant in to redress the wound over top of the steri strips. My husband stepped out for 3 minutes, not knowing the aid would come in so fast. In that time she RIPPED the steri strips from the incision taking a layer of skin with it and replaced it with a freaking colorful kids band aid! Those strips were supposed to stay in place for a good 10 days post surgery! When my husband came back my son was in tears and a lot of pain. Before this he was handling everything very well. He demanded she replace the strips and bandage it properly. She claimed to only have bandaids to finish the job! He left and said he’d do it himself, he was too angry! Once home he called primary children’s surgery where his surgery was done, they were deeply concerned and asked for photos to determine what to do. He called back to creekside to lodge formal complaints and ask for an antibiotic in case any germs entered the wound. The director was nice and apologetic however Dr Clark called back and adamantly refused an antibiotic was rude, crass and angry when I tried to insist. He did not apologize for the trauma caused to my son who has been in a lot of pain as a result. Instead he hung up on me. I recommend never going to Dr Clark he could care less about his patient and refused an apology or even an attempt at compassion!"

"If I could put a zero for the phone conversation with the front desk right now I would. The woman who answered started off in a attitude in the first place. She thought it was her place to just keep saying my husband didn’t need his prescription because it was JUST for adhd meds. For one it’s not our fault his DR he was seeing left. So for medical reasons yes he needs this. ALSO SHE SHOULD NEVER TELL SOMEONE ITS JUST THIS MEDICINE. You answer phones and set appointments you don’t have any medical degrees to be suggesting to people what they need and don’t need and tell me to go to instacare. Instacare is not the solution to everything."

"The staff and Nurses are awesome! It’s the same people each time I visit and I appreciate that they know me. Dr Preece is fantastic. He has been good at getting me solutions for my medical issues without coming across as judgmental. It makes it easier to come back even if things went poorly between visits. I would highly recommend the team!"
