"I have used Alsco at two of my locations for over two years. When I signed with them the salesman told me I could cancel service whenever if i was not happy. NOT TRUE. Read the fine print. I was told the contract was for 24 months and this was also NOT TRUE. They have increased my prices over the years without any warning. There is a clause in the contract where as a customer one can refuse in writing any increases in prices. The service has been fine. The Delivery drivers and good. The managers are not good to work with. The rags we receive have always had a strong odor of OIL. Maybe that is fine for greasy restaurants for is not good for Bakeries. Save yourself headaches and go with other companies for your laundry needs."

"Very poorly run company, seem to never get the delivery correct. Opened my locker Monday to find NO pants at all for my uniforms. What is the point of the company providing uniforms if they don't have pants delivered on time?"

"Alsco is One of the MOST DISTURBING and CORRUPT DIRTY, FOWL MOUTHED employees in a company I have ever heard of. NEVER Trust these people they are a LOW BUDGET POORLY run company. The quality of their services should be a crime. This company is so DISGUSTING AND DIRTY it seems very clear not one employee has any recollection on the last time they used a bar of soap. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY IT IS RUN BY CROOKS! NOT ONE DECENT PERSON WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY."

"Lots of promises - poor service. Rugs delivered are so wrinkled they are unsafe. Customer service follow up is non-existent. No one takes responsibility to take care of customers. The delivery person won't even take responsibility to get it right. Go somewhere else. And do not sign the contract."
