"I got my dress here and it was awesome! I got mine special ordered in my size and we started working on it right away since my wedding was so soon. The staff is super knowledgeable because the sales girls are also the seamstresses! So they actually know what they’re talking about. When the alterations were finished I got exactly what I wanted, the perfect, sparkly, pink, princess dress!"

"Honestly this is the first and probably only review I’ll leave in my life. But in my opinion as a bride you should be made to feel special especially when it comes to your wedding dress. The time you spend is so special with your family and friends and I felt as if that was more than taken away from me. I found my DREAM dress there for sure. But the experience was like I was getting ignored, putting the clamps on my dress seemed to be a chore, and everything was so rushed. But loved my dress and the price so we got it and decided to get it altered since we don’t really know anyone. This is where I feel like customer service was non existent. I schedule my dress fitting the day I bought it for about two weeks out so my mom and sister can be there. We schedule it at 5pm since we all work, the day of my appointment my seamstress texted asking me to come in sooner or just reschedule. I was totally understanding and rescheduled life happens. But since my appointment was canceled and there’s a budget we are trying to follow I asked about basic pricing. She responded and added she didn’t need to see me til mid summer even tho I stated I wanted my dress prior to my wedding date. I restated that and she was still persistent on when I “needed” it rather then just keeping the appointment. I never responded because like I stated earlier this is a special experience for me and I didn’t want it to get ruined. Then the same thing happens again the seamstress calls me day of saying she got scheduled at her other job and needed be to come in at 3 or reschedule. The lack of care or respect that anyone in the store had was wild! Twice a day that was supposed to be special and that start of my perfect dress was ruined. I ended up going in to pick it up without alternations and Eliot who was my seamstress lacked any empathy or compassion towards anything she had done, I was on her schedule even though I had an appointment prior and I was rude for not understanding. I left the store in tears because of how rude she was. If someone is going to be working with brides make sure that they make it special because it really ruins someone experience and that’s not fair! Have some basic human compassion towards others who you guys are moving around and make the brides feel special!"

"I looked absolutely everywhere for the color dress my sister needed for her wedding!! I came in here and gave the girl my swatch and she immediately helped me find all the colors even close to it and near my size. She then let me have time to try it on and call the necessary people for approval. They were also able to take cards over the phone for me as my mother was paying for it. I highly recommend coming here to look for dresses. They have an amazing selection and even have the seamstresses working right there in the shop. The atmosphere of it is exactly what you want when picking your special day outfits!! And the prices were not outrageous either."
