"Girl at checkout was on her phone, was rude I didn’t know all the details of a coupon (hence why I was even asking her, it is her job) and then ignored the next people in line. I really like the products and the shop, but more often than not the people working act like sisters who just got in a fight and the customers are interrupting by being there. Customer service and basic manners are lacking."

"This location seems to never have things in stock, but that's understandable seeing as how the mall in which it's located is basically an indoor flea market. Every other store front is empty or just randomly closed in the middle of the day. The employees are nice and helpful despite corporate having forgotten there is a store here!"
