"We have purchased product from Lime Ricki online and love it. We were excited to be able to go into their store to try on and see the swim suits first hand. We we’re traveling through the area and made a point to get to the store. We entered the store and were greeted. We were the only customers in store. After the greeting we were ignored and not helped even in the change room. Normally employees would check up and offer to get other products to try on and help with choosing a purchase and providing suggestions. Maybe from now on we will stick to online shopping."

"I love the suit I ordered, loved the chance to try several suits on in the comfort of my own home. Returning the suits I didn't want was very easy. I would have given Lime Ricki a five- star rating, except for this detail...I had placed my order during a sale, not realizing that I couldn't benefit from the sale discount if I used the "try before you buy" feature. Maybe that was in the fine print somewhere, but I didn't see it, and that was disappointing. I would have changed my order if I had known, since these are rather expensive suits. Other than that, I am very happy with the quality and style of my suit. I really appreciated the recommendations generated after I entered my measurements. I would never have chosen that style of suit, but it actually looked good on me! Thank you!"

"Love my swimsuit! Super comfy with no itchy hooks or seams! I did try before you buy and ordered a medium and a large in the same suit to ensure the best fit! Easily printed a paid return label from their website and sent back what didn’t fit! Love that it’s sewn in the USA! Definitely worth the price and I would purchase from this company again."

"I just got my order from Line Ricki and I'm thrilled!! I ordered a pair of Navy Pocket leggings and they fit perfectly. They are so comfortable and I love the pockets! Two on the sides and one zip pocket in the back. I love the white and blue stripe around the ankles, it is fun and makes me smile every time I look at my feet. And my package came quickly and with no problem. Lime Ricki kept me informed about the process of my order so I knew when to expect my package. "I ordered a 1 piece navy swimsuit, super cute, however I can hardly get into it. The fabric is not stretchy and it is so form fitted that I can barely get it on. I've ordered 3 other suits in the past and loved them. This purchase has me very disappointed however I received fabulous customer service with Lime Ricki.
