"At 17 weeks pregnant I am finding a new OBGYN office. All of the providers I've seen have been kind, but the office is incredibly dysfunctional and disorganized. They have more patients than they know what to do with. I've waited over 80 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. The office has mixed up my prescriptions twice (never sent them in, then sent to the wrong pharmacy.) They are impossible to get ahold of. They never called to tell me I had a bladder infection - I found out a month later at my appointment. Super frustrating experience."

"I love most of the midwives at this location. I mostly saw Jenny (she delivered my first at a different practice). Jenny is the sweetest, most patient and knowledgeable midwife. If you want someone to listen to you, advocate for you, and just take the time to make sure your needs have been met in EACH apportionment then Jenny is your midwife. I would trust Jenny to deliver all my babies. I also saw Dr. Tennell Cloward. She was so kind and patient. I had a unique situation and I wanted really bad to try and deliver vaginally and she allowed me to exhaust all my options. Not once was she pushy or tried to make me feel dumb for wanting to do something other than what they recommended."

"Going to the Gyno can be a bit of an overwhelming experience and causes me lots of anxiety. The nurse was so friendly and kind. My doctor was very patient and kind to listen to my concerns. They both explained what they were doing and it was honestly the best appointment I have ever had. They also are great at getting back to you if you leave a message with the nurses. They usually call within the day or the next morning! I also have to mention the front desk staff, one of the receptionists is so sweet and is efficient with our making you feel like an inconvenience."

"The provider I saw was great in the appointment but the follow up (2+ weeks for blood work results) and follow through to actual care for the patient is horrendous. These concerns (“complaining” according to their reports) I raised and the reason I scheduled my appointment are affecting my everyday life. It’s why I wanted to figure out what’s going on. A 15 minute appt and some blood work with no plan on next steps is horrible patient care. Paying hundred for nothing is quite frustrating. I will not be going back to this office."

"I was very pleased with the Valley Women's Health AF Group! All their offices are very nice, clean, new, and conveniently located. The nurses were all very kind and considerate. I was able to see all of the doctors through my pregnancy and I was very happy with all of them. They were thoughtful and kind - they seem to really care about your needs and are thorough at taking care of special needs. I was a high risk pregnancy and they were careful to watch for and treat me for any special concerns that came up. Thank you AF Valley Women's Health!!"
