"A different provider than the one I scheduled with showed up without comment or explanation, which was disconcerting. Worse, I learned after I left that the medication they prescribed is likely contraindicated for my health condition. I specifically told them I was concerned about that condition being affected by medications. Why go to the doctor if they don't know what to do for your specific medical needs and don't take the time to learn before firing off a potentially dangerous prescription? Disappointing all around."

"Can't really be seen in Provo for prenatal. I was told that for initial and then most likely a "good portion" of my visits would have to be in Pleasant Grove because they don't do those appointments at the Provo location. This is not mentioned on the website and had I known that before I wouldn't have wasted a bunch of time on hold trying to set up an appointment."

"I made an appointment a month in advance for this office so I could get a visit in before I moved across the country. However, 3 days before the visit, I was told that I needed to reschedule. Later, I found out this was due to being scheduled on one of their "short Friday's." This was very frustrating as my husband and I moved our entire schedules around for this visit, and they weren't willing to come in 20 minutes early to make up for their mistake. Instead I was offered a visit for a month later, after I move, or for a day that never works for my schedule which I mentioned during my initial scheduling. Between these two options I chose to not take my service to their clinic, and wouldn't recommend them to others."

"The only reason I gave a four star review is the doctor was quite late. Otherwise, the doctor was great the nurses were great everybody was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Young is awesome."

"There's apparently a call center so I was given wrong directions and then told I need to reschedule because the call center couldn't bother to look at a schedule. Like really? It's not that big a clinic, just put me through to the actual receptionist! So frustrated."
