"I changed companies to get a lower rate, all I got was headaches. They assured us they would let our bank know of our change never happened. Went to their website followed instructions, nothing happened, tried calling, still getting notifications from bank that we don't have insurance. Get a letter they want to make sure our 100 year old, blind mother isn't driving. Lost letter, threatened to cancel us. Finally talked to someone said send in second letter and all will be well, next thing I know I have no insurance. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy."

"No stars, they are a bunch of theves. They cancelled my auto insurance so I cancelled my home owners... 3 times I cancelled. They demanded proof of other insurance that I sent them, the second time I cancelled. They wouldnt accept what I sent so they kept the policy open without notifing me. After I cancelled the third time they said I owed them money all the way back to the first time I cancelled. THEY ARE THEVES."

My teenage daughter was traveling in the right lane where there were no signals to stop or slow down. The vehicle liberty mutual insures hit my car on the passenger side front quarter panel causing significant damage my car. The driver (the insured owner of the vehicle) admitted fault at the scene and said he was changing his GPS when his vehicle moved into the lane of travel striking my teenage daughter without any warning or an opportunity to slow or maneuver. When there is a case this cut and dry, where even the responding officers agree, your client is at fault, you skip the arbitration and you act with integrity... like your client did. I'll consider taking this review down when I get the rest of my settlement. Y'all might consider adding a couple hundred on the top and I'll consider a little faster."
