"I have very bad experience with this insurance agency. They bought me insurance for Auto and after I made the first payment of the month as agreed according to the person who sold me the insurance, very well by then. But for the other month the amount to be paid was much higher and I immediately called the insurance agency and contacted the person who precisely sold me the insurance and explained to him the situation and he told me it was a mistake and not to worry that that is going to be resolved but for the other month I was deducted from my account the same amount and for that reason I called the agency again and contacted the same person who sold me the insurance and told him that I do not want pay for an amount that I had not agreed to pay and for that reason I want to cancel everything and if I spend a week trying to cancel before I run the other week and at the end of the week after a week I could achieve cancellation through A young woman who treated me in the same agency not with the liar who sold me the insurance. But I still had to pay the month because the bills arrived at my house requiring payment and that they would already send me to collection. They always lied to me everything was false and made me wait and waste time. I tried to cancel everything I could not cancel on time and if I had to pay the amount of insurance that I had not agreed to pay with my concentration."
