"I have had nothing but amazing experiences here and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a body shop. My car was rear ended and this was where I was recommended to bring my car. They were really easy to work with, helping me communicate with insurance and got the work done in a good amount of time. Months and months after that, I had another small incident with my car. The owner remembered who I was, was very kind to speak with me over the phone to talk through options I had, did research for me, and more. I ultimately decided to take the car to the shop so he could look at it in person and he was able to help me with a short term solution until I am ready to pay for the full fix. He was so kind to give me his time when I wasn't getting an actual service done yet. I will always come back here! So grateful for the amazing customer service."

"The one star is 4 their kindness to my face. I'm a college student who knows nothing about cars and I'm assuming they knew they could take advantage. When I went it to get an estimate they told me it would be for $1300. I drove less than a mile down the road to dent master and their estimate was $750 dollars cheaper. Don't recommend to anyone. Seven years later I saw their “response” and I’d like to double down on my statement after reading. It feels like a weak statement for an owner/management to question the integrity of dent master by saying they are sacrificing quality for a better bottom line. Dent masters quote was also compliant with these referenced insurance standards. They supplied help and information, instead of printing off an estimate and expecting me to pay the “full insurance standard quality” rate. Can’t wait for response looooool you guys suck."

"Very Impressed. Most of the bad reviews are people complaining about being towed (which is never a good experience). I bought a wrecked truck with some major frame damage. I had to trailer it to them because the frame was so bad it would pull super hard to the right and tires would rub. They were able to get it started the same day i dropped it off and had it done in 3 days. I drove it from their shop down the street to get an alignment done by Big O Tires. The crazy part is they got the frame so close to where it was before the only thing that needed to be adjusted on the alignment was the toe (pictures attached). Now the frame is all within factory spec. Everyone I worked with was really nice and genuine. They didn't sugar coat anything. I absolutely hate people working on my vehicles (usually have a bad experience) and I usually do all my own work but i didn't have the equipment for this job. These guys have earned my business and recommendation for the future. Other shops told me I may have to go back and forth between them and an alignment shop to make sure they got it right. Bennets put the frame to factory spec and it was done the right way."
