"Went in to start a new membership on 2/5 - around 7:30 Did not get greeted when I walked in I didn’t take it too personal as one of the girls was helping another member- so I stepped aside while they got everything situated, I still stood there 5 mins without being acknowledged it was literally like I was invisible they were both at the front desk & knew I had been standing there- finally I asked if they were having issues and they decided to say yes, that I can go to the other glow in norman. I am a returning customer, and I honestly feel like the West Robinson has the most unprofessional workers!! Might try out palm beach instead"

Also, if you're a woman of color or disabled (as I am both) this may not be a welcoming or accommodating location."
