"Had to transfer my prescriptions to this Walgreens bc no one is ever working at the one in Purcell. My meds were sent in around noon. I check my app and it says not ready insurance verification and that if they need me they will contact me. 5 hrs later I call bc its in the same status. The lady who I could barely understand tells me it's not authorized for a refill till tomorrow but yet I haven't had this medication. Makes absolutely no sense! Then she tells me for the second prescription we don't carry that. Why did you not call me to tell me that so I could get it sent Somewhere else!!! Walgreens pharmacy needs to close all locations in the US! I've never dealt with such nonsense and unprofessional business in my life!! I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!"

"Came here for one thing. Not only were they out of that one thing, but they were out of all the things. As I looked around there were bare shelves everywhere. Appears to be a poorly managed Walgreens. Staff at checkout also seemed very disinterested. The Tri-City location is much better."

"Management failure, I'm sure the pharmacy personnel are doing their best. This location is one of the only 24/7 pharmacies in the area, it always seems to be swamped. I was on track to get prescriptions filled in a 2 day timeframe. App gets updated with in progress, but stayed that way overnight. Called and was told it would be ready tomorrow. Not helpful for trying to get healthy and back to work if I'm waiting 2 days just to get 2 prescriptions."

"Only gets a one star because the employees are nice but this has got to be by far the most under staffed pharmacy ever. And it don’t matter what time of the day you go be prepared to stand in line or wait in the drive-through for a minimum of 30 minutes. I don’t know if Walgreens is aware, but there are people who cannot physically stand for that long people who don’t have enough gas to wait in line for that long. Y’all really should do something about this because because it’s absolutely ridiculous"

"If I could rate this pharmacy negative -3000 stars it still wouldn't describe how poorly they operate. Over the last 4 months they have on average taken 3 days to either acknowledge and fill, or explain something is on backorder, have me move it to another location and completely log jam the transaction by not removing insurance, cancelling prescription etc. I would estimate I have spent at least 90 minutes on hold over these past 4 months, today I spent 24 minutes on hold trying to have them remove prescription from my insurance so I can have it filled in another location and within 10 seconds of speaking to someone and disconnected or hung up on. The good news is when someone does answer they are typically exceptionally rude and tapped out getting your name and date of birth and then explaining that they're too busy, or they didn't see the prescription for the last 3 days on a voicemail line or whatever the excuse is. I have spent so much time at Walgreens. I probably should pay rent at this point to pick up a bottle of pills in which the transaction should take 90 seconds. I would recommend a Walgreens in a war-torn third world country before I would recommend using this location. I wish I had more hands so I could give Norman Walgreens 4th thumbs down!!!
