"This was my first visit to FILED. I was surprised at how big it was on the inside and how many technicians they had available. They can definitely handle walk ins. I got a gel manicure, which came out very nice. I was in and out in 30 min. Which was awesome, considering it was right at 5 p.m., and they were busy. The best part is that they offer a 10-day warranty on your polish. If it cracks, chips, breaks, etc. They will fix it for free. That is amazing. I am very active with my hands, and an at home manicure will only last 3 days max before the polish starts chipping. I would definitely recommend Karen. She was very gentle and did a great job!"
"This was my first time to filed. Overall it was a great experience! I made an appt and waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. They bring a basket of goodies while you get your nails done! So fun! I had Rose and she was very thorough when doing my nails. She kept asking to make sure everything was good and how I liked it. I then had Irene do the design. She was very quick and did a fantastic job! I'll definitely be back!"
