The shirts are pretty wrinkled still, there’s fuzzies all over them and a black stain on a brand new shirt that never been worn."

There was some miscommunication over the service that I requested and the price I was given. Fortunately, Aaliyah was very professional and accommodating. She explained that they have new employees (which likely accidentally messed up the service and quote) and she applied a coupon to assist with the price. I am always grateful to good customer service. Thank you!"

"Went here for the first time. Dropped off at 7:30 in the morning and the staff that came out came across so irritated that I had the audacity to drop my shirts off. She was rude, unprepared, and unprofessional. When I picked up my clothes the two young ladies were not much better. I asked a simple question and the one that looks like a bad Harley Quinn snapped back at me. So, needless to say I will not be going back or referring people to this cleaners. I don’t know what “more” I can tell you. Not only was I treated quite unprofessional but the clothes were horribly pressed and over priced. If I wanted wrinkled clothes I would do them myself - for free!"
