"We had our air ducts and tile cleaned last week. The air ducts job would have been amazing if they would have covered my return vents in my basement. Needless to say everything they were supposed to clean out of the vents got blown out all over my basement. I not only have a huge mess that will take hours to clean up, my little boy who we were trying to help with his breathing issues by getting this done has now had a terrible issue with all the added extra dust and debris everywhere. It breaks my heart. We also had our tile cleaned. Cleaned is a huge understatement as the poor kid who attempted to clean it was so high he couldn't remember where he was supposed to clean. He cleaned the wrong hall and he cleaned my laundry room which I said not to do, but I sure got charged for it. He was trying to sell me "the program" for over $200 more than I was already paying and he wouldn't shut up about it. He totally missed cleaning behind my doors in the bathrooms and by the bathtubs. When i pointed out he did the wrong hall he told me that he could do it but it would be considered another area. By that time i just wanted him out of my house. Again, huge waste of money and time. I would never, ever use Stanley Steamer again. If you chose to, be prepared to get a sales pitch of items to they are trying to sell because they make a commission of of them. They spend more time trying to sell you things than doing the job you are paying them for. Pictures are of some of the tile by the bathtubs after he supposedly cleaned."
