"Really disappointed with my experience here. My mother was told it would cost $65 to get my wedding dress cleaned, and asked for 0 extra add on’s. When I went to pick it up, I was told I owed $168. My jaw dropped! The gal working the counter couldn’t answer my questions as to how it ended up costing that much. She told us we’d need to call in the next day to talk to her boss. My mom and I have called multiple times trying to get ahold of the owner or the woman’s who originally quoted us $65. I picked my dress up weeks ago and we still have not had a call back or made contact with anyone. I am very displeased."

"Staff is friendly and finished my dress early, and it is very clean. however, they claim to be recommended for their “distinguished care of wedding gowns” but they really didn’t take very good care of mine... lots of snags everywhere :("
