"Daniela is very nice, and Diego too, but I wouldn’t use their cleaning services. They changed the agreed upon price, the house was left a mess, there was orange residue on the bathroom curtains and walls, there were stains left on the kitchen tile floor, and they weren’t very thorough, leaving dust a lot of places and not doing a deep cleaning every time. I had them come three times because they said it would get better each time, but I wasn’t happy any of the times. When they upped the price that we had agreed on I didn’t refuse to pay, and she still threatened to have her lawyer contact me. I was recommended to this company by a good friend, so it’s a shame that I had such poor experiences with them."
