"Rich literally saved the day. I had scheduled a different cleaning service over a week in advance and they were not professional and did a very poor job of cleaning. I called Rich and explained to him that my Mother would be back in town the very next day after a year away from her home and I really needed someone to come as soon as possible to fix the poor job of the previous company. Rich thankfully had the time available, and committed to the service right there on the spot. He reassured me that everything would be ok and that he would make sure we were well taken care of and satisfied with his work. I saw him exactly two hours later and he did a wonderful job with our carpets. He was on time to a last-minute request, professional, considerate, personable, and he did his best to work with me on the price. Once he was finished with the work, I just had to increase the price for him as well as add to his already stellar list of reviews. What a great guy and great service. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. Thank you again, Rich!"
