Trailside Dry Cleaning

"I take my husband’s dress shirts in to get cleaned and pressed every few weeks. The last 2 times I’ve taken them in, I’ve received a shirt back with a tear. The first time, (at my husband’s request, which was uncomfortable since I’m not typically one to complain directly to a manager) I told them about the tear in the sleeve and requested that we not be charged the cleaning cost for a shirt that came back ruined, and the guy refunded $1.50 (I believe it was a partial refund), but said it was torn at the elbow where shirts are likely to tear - fair enough. However, it happened again with another shirt the following time, and this time it wasn’t in an explainable (wear and tear) area on the shirt, but in an area away from seems and not where it would get rubbed frequently. So, this leads me to believe that somehow a machine they use is ripping the shirts. I’d hope they’d fix this issue, because other than that, I’ve liked Trailside for dry cleaning and laundering."

They did a beautiful job on it and the cost was GREAT. I called several places and everyone else said they couldn't do it until Thursday--not so great since the funeral will be on Friday. I really appreciated the quick service for this special occasion. Not really close to my home but I will use him again because of his service and the good job on cleaning the dress."
