"The location is very fast, professional, and clean, and my shirts came back perfectly starched (medium/heavy), crisp and flat, but one of them was badly damaged at the collar, rendering it a loss. This was one of my best tailored shirts. (See image) The store manager quickly owned up to it and gave me a significant credit for future cleaning (honestly, this credit will last several months for me!) I've had additional items cleaned, and all has been good. Great friendly staff with amazing technology in the store."
