They are also considerate of the comings and goings of my children and are always friendly to them. Coordinating schedules with Karen (always in English) is great and they’ve never missed a visit. When we had some feedback on our cleaning preferences, Karen was wonderful to work with - she listened to my concerns and suggested options on how to resolve them. Together we came up with a mutually acceptable way forward. I feel the value we get from having Shiny Fresh Cleaning come once a month to do our bathrooms is worth it.
