Mike was very professional and did a great job of scraping down the tank & ensuring the solids were all removed, by moving the suction hose under the baffles and to all corners. "Writing reviews is not what I really desire to do with my time. For this company I want to have my opinion public because the company should be recognized for their service. One of my two septic tanks at my residence backed up. Looking on line I chose this company to come pump out my tank. The driver, Mike, explained what was going to happen and proceeded to do the job in searing heat that day. While there Mike told be they had the capability to locate tanks by camera and to dig down to them. I contracted for that to happen on my second system. Their charges are very fair and below other companies in the valley. During this process I met Brian, the company owner and tractor driver. He and Mike made quick work of the job and that tank got pumped. I feel like I have not only found a reliable company to do work, but also have two new friends when called upon for help.
