"They do not care about people. Krissi was nice but stuff just doesn’t get stuff done. Have been out of diabetes medication they can’t get a prior authorization done. It took them over two weeks to even send a lab request and I had to just drive back up to this clinic to get it done. They don’t call to let your know they have imaging results you just have to wait until you get a message from touchstone and read your own report. It’s ridiculous. And every time I call they have no answer for me other than o well we are waiting on Medicaid. No I called Medicaid they are waiting on this clinic to resubmit a prior authorization because they didn’t fill it out all the way. You ask for an office manager and they won’t get one. I’ve been trying to get my medicine filled since my first visit 1/22/24."

"Christy Henderson doesn't get the job done. Only gets paid for it. She can not even follow through with bad blood test results. Every visit that you go to get medication refills, they never get called in. Dr Lee wad the best thing and he isn't there anymore."

"My dad almost died last year. My mom said they said his blood work was elevated months ago and to come back and do another blood work in 3 months after we said he’s weak then went to dr apt he would have died if I didn’t say can we just call ambulance don’t get me wrong the dr was nice she then said yes they will get him in time but if I didn’t mention that and drove him he would died. This was a year ago his kidneys are fine now that they cut off all the extra drugs he was prescribed. I am posting this because as a dr and a patient my dad that’s been coming to this office I was so disrespected today we went twice after doing blood work and explained he’s week and having issues and coming for blood results both times they didn’t have the blood work we took and they don’t have time to make sure when set appointment. I have asked for home health referral for over a year every time I go and the worker had asked if he had one I said no. So she finally was obsessed like a kid to say he did have one in January yes a lady came for two days that sant Francis sent I was saying from there referral and she was like yes that’s home health like trying to win a trophy instead of helping my dad that his kidney shut down because of them and is going through loss of memory I have lost my job when he was in hospital and last 3 appointments I took two hours off to take him it’s like my time don’t matter. Atleast the last visit she admitted yes we had employees not sending bloodwork and sorry that u have to call but yesterday the lady tell me we don’t have time n when u schedule for blood work results appointment they don’t have time and try to get rude with me about yes he had home health which is only because the emergency requested and I have for been requesting for referral for almost a year anyway they said to call in 2 weeks if I don’t hear anything will see but I am not letting my dad die because of no luck of care and emotions this is sick will see if we hear about home health in 2 weeks I am pretty sure not I have called many times and was told same will see. And I guess next time I will make two trips with lab and take results. I took the hard copy of blood work needed so I don’t have to call them as the rep told me they had issues with employees not sending blood work as they should she even mentioned that’s why we don’t have the same coworkers but yesterday the lady was so rude and acted like this is a child matter. This is my dad’s life u playing with"
