Utah's Best Home Pros

"I had a great experience as always with Utahs Best Home Pros. I had previously had them take care of a brand new furnace, AC coil, condensor, and water heater. I had an issue with the new water heater after a few years of use and their team quickly and diligently diagnosed and ordered the part with ease from the manufacturer. To add to it, the part not only was over nighted but was also installed on the day it arrived. My thanks go out to Shea Flanders and Tavis Vigil for excellent work and professionalism. I wanted to leave another review but google wouldnt let me but i had to call them back out. Come to find out my igniter was bad the first go around and the new one worked well for almost 2 days. I called them back and talked to Shea Flanders. It was late and on a friday and the warranty couldnt be fulfilled until monday. He knew the next part to go bad was the burner so he ordered it on a monday morning and was once again overnighted. Its now tuesday, the part was installed by Tavis Vigil and i have my hot water back again. With the exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and customer service...i wont go anywhere else. Those 2 gentlemen are my HVAC and plumbing "Go To" guys."

"Just had my furnace and AC replaced with Utahs Best Home Pros. The technicians Austin and Noe were very professional. The work was done timely and with attention to detail. The work done on the duct for the furnace was clean and well made. After install, a post job walk was done with Austin. This was very helpful, especially with new thermostat. From the initial walk and options given, I never felt any pressure. The estimates I got from Adam were accurate and competitive with other companies. All around awesome experience."

"Adam Aviator has been wonderful to work with. He is fair and honest gave us great price for the furnace. When we had a issue on the day of installation he immediately took action and resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Adam and Utah Best Home Pros to anyone needing a new furnace. Cody and Cesar installed our equipment. They were outstanding, worked for almost nine hours straight. Install had a couple of challenges that they were able to overcome. Beautiful installation. Very pleased with their work!!!"
