"Based on the good reviews, I tried to hire HotShots to replace my windshield. I called them 4 times over the course of about 6 hours today. Each time, I got a recorded message. "We're sorry, no one is available to take your call. Goodbye." No option to leave a message, no alternative ways to contact them. If I can't even reach the company when trying to pay them to do work on my truck, how can I ever expect to reach them if I have a problem or warranty claim? Being able to get ahold of a company, or at the VERY least, leave a message and get a call back, is such a basic requirement that's it's unforgivable when they don't meet that basic requirement."
