"Worst ever medi spa experience. The doctor is nice but not professional at all. It was my first time doing exion rf microneedling. And I have a thin layer sensitive skin. She put on 100% energy on the device and her hands were aggressive. The high energy and aggressive skill ruined my face. It’s been 20 days but I still have rash and visible grid marks which don’t seem to go away at all. My face will prickly hurt even washed by pure water. I can’t wash my face and can’t use any skincare let alone wearing makeup. My face was terribly damaged. My face is still red, itchy and swelling. Although she is nice answering my questions but not helpful at all. She is a so unprofessional esthetician. It’s been 48days, the grid markers are still there, my face was ruined by her."
