Reviews
"We haven’t stayed here yet, and this will be the first time I have ever written a review for any type of business that I have never set foot in. However, this review is well deserved. Due to some changes in our plans, I have had to call and talk to the staff at Arrive three times. These were all changes on my end, not their faults whatsoever. I have spoken with Jessica twice and Bianca once. Both ladies were amazing and the customer service was above and beyond. My husband and I own a few businesses, so we can be tough critics when it’s comes to how helpful and kind people are in the service industry. Bianca and Jessica were both kind, helpful and knowledgeable. And they both went above and beyond. Thank you both! We are looking forward to our stay."
"It used to be a great place to go with my Corgi. Not anymore. They changed their pet policy last Christmas, now it is under 30 lbs, $100 per stay. (No pet fee, no weight policy before that). I don't understand, it was a pet paradise for dog lovers and clearly nearly everyone had at least one dog. I asked if it was because of any mess they created, people working on site said no and didn't understand as well. That's sad."
"Gorgeous property that's newly remodeled. If you're traveling with your partner and appreciate 1on1 time, this should be your stop. The beds are comfy and there are many photo-worthy places throughout the property."
"We've stayed at Arrive Hotel every year for the last 3 years and have truly enjoyed it. The hotel is 21+ only, super clean, very chill, has super friendly staff, and until recently has allowed dogs of all sizes (this policy is set to change Jan. 2024). We enjoy the text communication and ease of being at this property. Each year we have been, the food menu has changed quite a bit, but Palm Springs has so many great restaurants to offer, that has not been a major concern for us. The bar is open late and we've taken advantage each year. The only reason I would hesitate returning or recommending this hotel is because as a large dog owner, it's been amazing to be able to take our dog with us here. Searching for large dog-friendly hotels is how we found Arrive. Finding out that the policy is now changing to only allow dogs under 30 pounds was really disappointing and means we can no longer return as we have in the previous years. However, if you are not traveling with a (large) dog, don't hesitate to give Arrive a try. You won't regret it."
"Well located but it’s a very limited service hotel. The person checking you in is also the bartender, waiter and room attendant receiving your texts (the only way to contact them). Room refreshing is limited and ours was missed one day with no explanation. Garbage stays in the room day to day and mini-bar isn’t reloaded. Coffee isn’t made on site so it takes 20 minutes to get one in the morning at breakfast. What I liked? The shower, it’s big. But only one sink in the bathroom, not great for couples. Or a safe. Why no safe? There were also kids under ten at the pool our last day. So much for over 21. Arrive, you could be so much more."
