G.O.A.T. Haircuts

"I have waited two weeks before submitting this. I set up memberships for 4 of my 5 boys. I wanted to set a regular spot for them as they are all 14-16. When we arrived, I had to check them all in and I pre-tipped. The boys all had a picture or knew exactly what they wanted. I had to run into a meeting so I stepped outside. As each kid started to come out, the cuts went from worse to even worse. One kid had maybe a centimeter of hair cut off on his sides. I decided it had to of been them and that I would just bring them back and try again, after all we we were paying for the membership. Three days later we brought the two with the worst cuts back in and they were both prepared with pictures. The one, his haircut was okay. The other, who just so happens to be black comes out with a completely whack job. He was so upset. The stylist had said “I don’t know that I feel comfortable cutting hair on someone like you”… here’s the thing, I get it. It’s alot and this is precisely why we came to a barber shop. On 1/24 and 1/25, I called multiple times to just talk it through with the manger in how best to get a cut that they need, let alone “someone who was comfortable”, I never got a call back. On 1/26 I received an email letting me know my memberships had been cancelled and when I responded I indicated that I’d love to talk to someone about the experience. I still have not hear back. I’m disappointed, I’ve taken 3 of my kids to other locations multiple times and never had an issue."

"I got a haircut today and the girl who cut my hair was super friendly and nice and I enjoyed the experience well enough. However, she asked at the end how I liked it and the lighting was really rough in the corner where I was so I wasn’t able to fully see the cut and I said that it looked good from what I could tell. Once I got home and saw my hair in the bathroom lighting I almost cried. It is not blended well at ALL. I truly could not tell how bad it was in the salon because the lighting was so awful. I liked her but this is one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. I’m probably not going to go back. I was seeing Caleb but he’s gone now so I’m going to find another location. The first time I went in and saw Rosa, she didn’t speak to me the entire time (that part is okay by itself) and I had to tell her that I wanted my hair washed AND dried. I pay for the monthly membership that includes a wash and dry. No other location has ever asked me that - it felt like she was trying to get out of having to do work. I hate writing a bad review but now that Caleb is gone, I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"My husband got his haircut here and I must say they were friendly and efficient. The waiting area was nice and offered coffee, snacks, & fountain sodas! His stylist gave great tips and did exactly as he had shown he wanted his hair to look. I would go back here and even consider their monthly membership as a gift, the value is definitely there!"
