The morning of my appointment, the cancelled on me and couldn’t get me in for 5 more days. I had to find another place to go. They were unbothered by my inconvenience and refused to refund me. "This is a "booth-rent" set up place, so you set your appointments with your person. Callie is my lash-magician and I'd have to say even with being heavier, I've never felt more pretty and had the confidence I have now! She is the BEST! (but don't everyone book with her, I still need to get an appointment!! :)"
"Callie did my lashes and although she was so friendly and kind and fun to chat with, the lashes were placed in chunks and also were placed on my eyelid instead of the lash so when they fell out 7 days later because they were on the skin on my eyelid, they fell out in chunks. She also said if they fall out too much, she'd have to charge me for a full set which is understandable if they weren't placed on my eyelid. I text her thanking her for her kindness but needing to cancel my upcoming fill and she never even responded to my text. I will not be going to her again."
