"I had roughly 14 inches of hair cut off and I asked to keep the hair for personal reasons and the lady would not give me it. She put it in elastics and took it to the back. I understand some policies but when I asked specifically and explained my reasoning. I found it offensive and rude."

"Easily the best hair school in Utah for men's cuts I've been to. Super awesome people and customer service with excellent instructors that are always on top of things so you can count on a great cut. I'm a little bummed they discontinued their barbering setup but I've had zero issues with my cuts since then as well so I can't complain."
