"Came in for the first time to this shop. Have loved other Cutthroat locations such as South Jordan’s and expected roughly same service. My barber ended up nicking my piercing on more than one occasion to the point it got accidentally ripped from my ear. He also cut my hair way shorter than I asked to where my coworker that night mentioned I might as well have gotten a buzz cut. The shop itself is fine, and the people seem nice, but my experience with my specific barber was the worst cut I’ve had to date."
