But when they were done with the haircut, they still charged us $24 for my baby’s haircut. Online it says that the coupon includes a free haircut. So, I don’t understand why I was charged. They prioritized the only reservations vs the drop ins, so any add ons get moved to the bottom. Left after I noticed this. Most barbers here are in too big of a hurry to notice this."
