"My husband was given a “Free MVP experience” coupon. When he got to the haircut place, he was told that he could use the coupon. But when they were done with the haircut, they still charged us $24 for my baby’s haircut. Online it says that the coupon includes a free haircut. So, I don’t understand why I was charged. They prioritized the only reservations vs the drop ins, so any add ons get moved to the bottom. Left after I noticed this. Most barbers here are in too big of a hurry to notice this."
