The entire process was so positive, as Brook was so helpful and patient throughout me deciding whether or not I wanted to add piercings, which ones, and which earrings! She helped me decide which piercings would look best with my ear shape and gave me so much confidence! When the highly anticipated day of piercing arrived, Brook welcomed me with with a warm hug, a drink of my choice from the fridge, and a tour of the space.
