"If there was zero stars that is how many I would give. My husband and I came in as walk ins, there were two people waiting and before we sat down, there names were called. They told us it will be a wait because there were people after us who did appointments. My husband and I waited for an HOUR while we watch the employees sit and play with there phones waiting for there client who had appointment 30min before they come in. My husband finally got called and before they called on me we left. It took my husband haircut 5min. They could have eaily done both of haircuts within 15min instead they lost money. We are never going there again. The only way you get a haircut is if you make an appointment. Bad Management and lack of general awareness."

"**Disclaimer: I normally would rate this a 5 star because of the price, service, and time. It was this 1 star experience why I'm giving it a 3.** I would say most of the hairdressers do an amazing job. However, this time, when I asked to get what I usually do (a fade on the sides and back, with the top cleaned up), she just completely ignored me and did her own thing. She started to fade and then told me that it's really hard to do with my hair (which it isn't. It's just fine for any other barber), and worked the top instead. She went back to the sides and just kept buzzing them down. It ended up being a buzz cut the same length all the way around. To top it off, she put the hot towel on my neck without waiting for it to cool off a little, so it was really hot at first. Then she quickly glided the towel over my face rather than letting me be in charge myself. AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN OFFER THE MASSAGE! I wish I could have paid less than what they charged for with her, but oh well. If you can, do not get Jennifer. I think that was her name that did my hair. Again, any other hairdresser besides Jennifer I would give a 5/5 for a nice haircut, warm towel, and scalp massage. Jennifer gets a 1 straight up."

"It was an interesting place to go to. I thought like oh its going to be great cause of someone I know who usually gets their haircuts here. Not necessarily. We did get in pretty fast. We did have an appointment. When I went up, I showed the picture showing what I wanted, like a fade on the sides and the top to be about 1/2 the length it was. The hair dresser took off more than we wanted on top, sadly. But too late now. Also, I don't think I've had a haircut that felt like some hairs were litterally being ripped out. It wasn't very pleasant. I did get nicked. I would recommend that if you do plan on going, just caution ⚠️ Update: it wasn't a bad haircut it looks good. Im just not happy with the experience."
