From small jobs like getting a favorite necklace spot welded, to my custom 25th wedding anniversary ring, they have been amazing, professional and affordable. The goldsmith on site insures that your precious items are unique, jewelry grade, and that your items won’t be sent off to a random worker elsewhere. They stay right there. You can see the designs in process (I had a wax mockup of my ring before it was cast and made in case I wanted any changes), and they invest in the education of their employees so you are working with very knowledgeable staff who can help you to get you exactly what you want. They have taken so many of my items from broken to breathtaking. My dear friend had a broken tiara (Mrs. International 2019), and was nervous about how it could be fixed by someone competent enough to mend, and not ruin it, and I sent her straight there. My Aunt has her mother’s ring that had worn completely through the platinum on the bottom of the band, and I sent her there. My daughter needed a crack mended for a special ring she’d been gifted from South Africa, and we went straight there. Flawless mended work. Going in nervous the first time dissolved within moments because everyone is so warm and inviting that you are just immediately comfortable. No pressure sales, they work within your budget, and such excellent work, I can’t help but sing their praises- I am a huge fan!"
