"I do my haircuts here solely out of convenience. Haircuts are usually mid quality. Despite this I always tip minimum of 25%. Today I tried coming in with a reservation to get a haircut and was told that their policy is they cant accept reservations after 7 minutes. Keep in mind this is 8 minutes after, there is no line and no one in the lobby. On my drive there a snowplow that had slid off the road showing its slick conditions leading to my late arrival not to mention BYU's wonderful parking conditions. I have timed my past haircuts with them due to how quick they usually are and I am in and out in under 15 minutes for my last 4 haircuts here. My appointment was for 30 minutes and I would still have had plenty of time unfortunately there is no flexibility with late arrivals despite conditions so keep that in mind if you plan to visit here. Just cancel your appointment if you are delayed or go somewhere else for a better haircut anyway."

"Very disappointing. I made an appointment a week before because they don't have any walk-ins on Saturday. I set my time and planned the rest of my day around time. 15 minutes before my appointment I got a call because they said my stylist was running behind and asked if I could come in an HOUR later. I said sure and came in exactly an hour later. I then waited another 30 minutes before I was called back! My stylist seemed very new and unsure of what to do. My haircut was just fine and I feel very uneven around the back. Pretty disappointed in my whole experience. Won't be going back there again"

"i went there to get my hair done and she did such a good job! my stylist was Lydia, so fun that we have the same name. she was so fun to talk to and she always made sure i was comfortable. the price was so much cheaper than other places. 100% reccomend. i got a full head foil + highlights/lowlights. they charged me $180. other places i looked at were asking for $250-$400. i’m so glad i went here. my hair turned out great!"
