"I really didn't like the brow service I received here. The girl was very slow, which is a problem because it felt like she was ripping the hairs one by one instead of one smooth, fluid line across my eyebrows. She also took a huge chunk of my skin and didn't point it out or apologize, and I didn't notice until I got home and I knew something was wrong because my eyebrows were burning. Extremely painful, way more than any other time I have had my eyebrows done (which is easily over 50 times). I really do not recommend this place."
"It was the closest and time consuming for me so I went got there she just look at me walking in and I said eyebrows pls no answer. Is when I said is that a yes or no? And she goes oh yes. Maybe be more communicating to your customers and at least show customer service vibes"
"Absolutely the worst place I have ever been the lady cut up the bottom of my eye lids with the thread. I would never go back there did not offer to put aloe after threading as I’m used to just sent me on my way. Worst I mean absolutely the worst!! Please do not risk going here. They are the horrible!!"
"I was there on a Wednesday where they were running a special for eye brow threading. Since the lady did a nice job and I received a deal, I was ready to dish out a nice tip. My credit card was swiped but before I could pull out the cash from my wallet, she asked me why am I not giving her a tip?! I was thrown off. Because I didn’t add a tip on the credit card she had decided to ask for it. I was both flabbergasted and disgusted. Also the tone she had asked came across as “I deserve a tip, why aren’t you tipping me” attitude. I shoved the bills back into my wallet and left. It was a mixed feeling. I like to tip my brow artists especially I know this is a low fee service so I figure they don’t make much. But to be protecting an image of entitlement is just too put off for me. The receipt says cashier is Reena (not sure if it’s the name of my artist) but she did tell me she’s from Nepal."
