"Kelsey is wonderful! She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and she is so fast. Entire staff is very professional. Great location and really nice office. Would highly recommend Salt City to everyone!"
"Gabby is AMAZING!!! She does such an amazing job, is the funnest and easiest to talk to, and makes you so comfortable! Absolutely love her and highly recommend her, and salt city ♥️"
"Scheduled an appointment, got the impression I was scheduling the appointment with a female therapist, got there and it was a male therapist, I explained that I wasn’t comfortable with a male touching any area of my body and he just said, that’s okay I’m Trans, well, I explained that it doesn’t matter, to me you’re still a male and I’m still uncomfortable with a male touching me regardless how you identify as, so I ended up canceling the appointment. Whoever scheduled the appointment should have been more considerate and upfront asking if clients are comfortable with their therapists, it made the situation very uncomfortable to me and visibly uncomfortable for the therapist himself. Will not return and I do not recommend it considering the lack of questioning and researching comfort levels prior to assigning a therapist. Response to owners feedback: Not questioning your support to inclusivity or who you have working at your business, that's not of my business. I'm questioning your ability to match clients and therapists, whoever scheduled the appointment, kept referring to a female and her level of experience, that's why I felt deceived and alienated. All you had to do was to ask questions."
"I had never had electrolysis before and was a bit anxious about it. Gabrielle, aka "Gabby", aka "completely amazing human", has taken incredible care of me. She put me at ease immediately. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and so dang funny. The treatment time flies by! I'm so glad I found Salt City and Gabby!"
