"The redhead is impatient and appears to expect customers to explain their desired haircut in stylist terminology. I am not educated in the slightest about hair but she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her life by trying to talk through what I wanted. Not a great cut in the end either. Didn't get the reault I hoped for because she had no patience to figure it out The reason for my 2 stars is for the short blonde hair gal who was doing a haircut for someone else and I can tell she was super sweet."

"We went here about 8 months ago and had a decent experience. Today we went and a red head lady took my son in and from the get go was super ornery, and annoyed with my son who spoke barely 1 word other than what he wanted, she wanted clipper numbers not words, he told her short on the sides longer on top, she kept on complaining and did whatever the hell she wanted. And the photo is what he came out with. I'm livid and wanted to tell her one or 2 thing if working with kids, but he did not want me to tell them anything. Will never go back. If I were the owner, I'd have a good talking to her. She was super rude, and to top it all a BAD hairstylist."

"It gets the job done. I've visited fancy barbers where I have to spend half my check, to the barber school. This is a good cut for the price and with the online check in I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a cut. If you like consistency on who cuts your hair, this is not the place."

"Yesterday I went to the Great Clips at Bangerter Crossing and not only did I get the worst haircut of my life (literally), I was mistreated by the manager on top of that. Instead of showing patience and understanding for a clearly visible mistake, she approached me like a raging bull and said "well, it's too short and there's nothing we can do about that!" Although I remained calm & civil throughout our conversation, she kept interrupting me when I attempted to explain what I had requested from the first hair stylist. I'm a senior citizen and I didn't deserve to be treated like that. No one does. I agree with other reviewers who expressed such rude treatment at this location. Could it be this same manager?? My advice to Great Clips is to get rid of her. She's not doing you any favors by chasing away customers like me. I'm NEVER going back to Bangerter Crossing!!!!"
