"When I went there for the first time to cover my grey hair, I was charged $60. The second time the guy charged me $90! He said he had styled my hair and that was an extra $30. Only he did not style, he blowed dried it for 5 minutes! And so had the woman the first time!"

"Judy is amazing. She has been doing my hair for a couple years now and is the only one I trust honestly. If you have dark hair and are wanting to go lighter, she is the person to go to."

"Judy was very nice and made a good suggestion that I took and my hair ended up looking amazing. Would recommend! My only complaint is that I was a bit too tall for the chair during my wash so my neck was a little uncomfortable and some shampoo got in my ear. Thank you!!"

"TERRIBLE! Job done by Andi. Asked for pink and ended up with this. Stylist went to buy the hair dye from the Sallys close by. Boxed hair dye. Not only left some undyed and burned my sisters hair but also burned her scalp and wanted to charge$250. I thought a salon was supposed to have better quality products, if I wanted Sallys color I could have done it myself. Never going there again. If you want color I’d highly suggest going elsewhere."

"I’ve been here before and loved it, got beautiful silver hair exactly how I wanted. However when I went today to the SAME exact person, Miguel, he destroyed the color of my hair. I just wanted the silver refreshed a bit and some soft blue hue highlights. He completely ignored me, and when I told him that it wasn’t AT ALL what I asked for he said he’d fix it, and didn’t even come close. It seemed all he cared about was doing it how HE wanted and finishing so he could go home. Didn’t seem apologetic whatsoever, just said I could come back in a WEEK to bleach it. He didn’t even try to do my hair how I asked, even when he “fixed” it. He ASSURED me he could do this hair color, I triple checked that it was do-able but when the foil came off I nearly bawled. This place is extremely hit or miss, and I wouldn’t risk it, they couldn’t even do a simple balayage on my mom. Charged her $100 for literally nothing, she walked out looking the same as when she walked in. Both of these instances were the same day. I CANT GO TO WORK BECAUSE OF HOW MY HAIR LOOKS. It is so damaged I’m afraid to fix it, and who knows how much the damage repair will be. I cried so hard when I left, I’ve never felt so ugly. The pretty pic is what I wanted and what I showed Miguel, the others are what I got."
