"The first time was a good experience the second time was horrible. She didn’t do what we asked for. I showed her multiple pictures of what we want and I don’t know what her eyes see but it was nothing close to what we wanted. She didn’t fix the highlights in the hair and some of them just looked white and washed out. The owner is always rushing. There is clearly not enough employees. Everytime she works on your hair she’s doing other peoples at the same time. Probably why you don’t get the best experience because she isn’t focused. When you say your opinion or tell her she messed up she gets defensive and not willing to compromise what she messed up. I am disappointed."
