"I have been going to Jasmine Nails for over a year. I have my nails filled every two weeks and a pedicure monthly. These ladies are phenomenal! I have always been treated kindly and with respect. Their quality of work and service is exceptional! Their prices are decent. I love walking in and being greeted by my name. It’s like the tv show Cheers… I wanna be where everybody knows my name. Love love love this place!"
"Kate did my manicure. It was adequate. The three stars is due to telling me the price is one thing and adding on an extra 2.00 fee for using a credit card, after the fact Full disclosure is not optional. Not ok to do business like this."
"Omg love love Kate you have to try her she’s the best when it comes to pedicures. Absolutely my first time and definitely will be back!"
"I went to Jasmine nails for the first time in years. I used to like their salon and got decent nails. But this visit was different, I gave two stars for how quick they were able to start my nails as a walk in. But the quality of the nails are horrible. I have crooked nails, I even brought it up to the technician 3x and she told me it was my finger that was crooked? Which I understand, but the nails still looked really wonky. I’ve had my nails done at other places with my ‘crooked fingers’ and never have had a problem with the placement of the nail. She also cut my thumb with the used file so bad I had a hangnail that is so tender and won’t stop hurting, I’m worried for infection now. I walked out feeling dissatisfied. A day later the acrylic was lifting, 3 days later my acrylic was chipping. I tried to call to ask for refund only to be told “not true”and hung up on. It’s been barely over a week and most of my nails have lifted and one of my nails is almost completely chipped off. I am not hard what so ever on my nails, my finger chipped from carrying groceries in, the plastic bag caught the lifted part of the acrylic and it broke off. I wouldn’t consider that rough on the nail at all."
