"Worst experience my husband has ever had! My husband went in to get a trim off the top and ended up with a buzz cut. Her name tag said she was deaf but he thought he’d give her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. He was given a vague checklist to check what he wanted since they couldn’t communicate to each other. She grabbed his hair and nodded to see if that was how much he wanted off the top, he nodded yes but then she cut off more than what was agreed on. When the mistake happened it was too late because it couldn’t be fixed and he knew she couldn’t hear him. The other person working didn’t bother to help or intervene either. Her “checklist” needs to be more thorough and she needs to understand her measurements better before she cuts a clients hair because this is definitely not what my husband asked for. The other worker knew sign language but did not help during their interaction."
