"I had an appointment with Carly at 11:30. I got there & she was very friendly & told me she would be a minute. I waited almost 30 minutes & she was still with a previous client. I left, & thankfully found another salon that had availability the same day. Carly called an hour after my appointment was supposed to be, apologized for running late but she just noticed I was gone. I would have appreciated if she was honest at the start & told me how behind she was. It was also my first time ever going here & I was just really disappointed. It was unprofessional & I probably won’t come back as I’ve found another salon who got me in at my appointment time & did a wonderful job. Carly was very friendly, & the salon is beautiful. But running that behind was a big no for me, especially since I was not made aware of it at the beginning."
