"I use to enjoy going here when I found two wonderful stylist. Don't know where went and had lost their cards. Been growing out my natural hair color. So haven't been there in a while. Most of my experience here hasn't been the greatest. Always a misunderstanding somewhere with prices and color. One time having my hair done here. The stylist doing my hair had a friend that'd visit. I have long hair so it a while. Their friend laughed at how long it was taking. Thought it was rude honestly. Did a spilt dye. Natural brown and baby blue hair. They don't have a good selection of pastel. Did something available and was habby with it for the most part. Got tired of the blue a month later and called to schedule to get the blue striped out. The person I talked to over the phone just seemed awkward to talk to. A lot of silence in the call. I had to ask questions for the person to get all of information down. After that I put in my calendar what day we scheduled my hair to be done. I go in for my appointment and they didn't have me in the books. I stood there for a moment as well and I had to do the greeting to be acknowledged. The person at the desk didn't seem to want to be there. Spoke very soft and it's loud in that area. Mention I was dealing with an ear infection and can't hear well if they could speak up a bit. That'd be nice. They did not seem to care. I was having to lean forward basically leaning on the desk to listen to what they said. I was just so annoyed with the interaction. I set up another appointment. Went out to my car and called around to another salon. Which took better care of me and my hair than here. After being taken care of at the other Salon. I called and cancelled my appointment here. I will not he returning for sure."
